What is a digital scrapbook? A digital scrapbook page is made using computer design techniques to create a scrapbook layout with your pictures using digital paper and embellishments to create a stunning layout. Your finished page will then be printed by a professional photo lab so that you may place your finished scrapbook page into an archival safe album.

Why a digital scrapbook? The integrity of your photos will always remain intact. With digital scrapbooking your photos will never be cropped or altered.

What is an archival safe album? Acid causes your photos to disintegrate slowly over time. An archival safe album is made from acid free materials and will preserve your photos for generations.

Will my photos be cut or damaged? No your photographs will not be harmed in any way. We will never cut or alter your original photo. If you bring us an original photo, it will be scanned and put into digital format. If you bring us digital photos we will make copies of your digital photos for our use.

What type of paper will my scrapbook page be printed on? Timeless Legacy uses only professional photography labs to print your scrapbook pages. Your scrapbook pages will be printed on professional photo paper and will last for generations.

How long does it take to complete a scrapbook? Including the time it will take to design your scrapbook page and send it to the photo lab to be printed, a single scrapbook page may take 10-14 business days and a completed album may take up to 4-6 weeks. The time it takes to do your project will depend largely on how many projects we have in the works. If we see a delay in our orignal estimate on time, we will notify you immediately.

Will I receive envelopes with my photo announcements? Yes, all of our photo announcement orders include one envelope per each announcement you order.

How far in advance should I order my photo announcements? You should order your announcements at least 2 weeks before you are planning on mailing your announcements.

Where do I send my pictures? Email your high resolution pictures to timelesslegacy@tds.net When sending digital images always send the highest resolution possible.

Will I get an email proof of my announcement? Yes, we will email a proof of your completed announcement. Once you have approved your order, we will have your announcements printed.
